This section is applicable to registered members with AMIC. You will be provided with a Member Number and Password specific to your account which will be required to login to the members’ section of the site. AMIC shall be entitled to disclose the Member Number, Password, and account contents to any third party if required to do so by any law, regulation or court order. AMIC members shall be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of their own Member Number and Password. In the event of unauthorised use of your account, of the theft of your Member Number or Password you must notify AMIC immediately. Each member is solely responsible for any activities that take place through their account. In no circumstances shall AMIC be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage, costs, or expense incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, the wrongful or fraudulentuse of your account, Member Number, or Password.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Users of the site shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the website and/or any transactions made on the website.
If any provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
