Conference Attire
Formal attire or national dress is recommended during the opening and closing ceremonies.
Business, smart casual, or national dress is recommended during the conference sessions.
Currency Exchange
1 US Dollar is equivalent to 7.24147 Chinese Yuan Renminbi (CNY).
Payment Services

Weather and Temperature
Here is a brief overview of the weather and temperature conditions in Beijing for the end of September 2024:
At the end of September, Beijing typically experiences a transition from the hot and humid summer to the cooler autumn season. You can expect the daytime temperatures to range between 24°C to 28°C (75°F to 82°F), with the evenings becoming noticeably cooler, dropping to around 10°C to 15°C (50°F to 59°F). Therefore, it’s recommended to pack lightweight jackets or sweaters for evening outings. The skies are usually clear with occasional sunny days, but there might be a few rainy days towards the end of the month. It’s advisable to keep an umbrella or raincoat handy during your visit.

First aid and emergency services are available within the conference venue. For participants needing higher medical care, get in touch with the Secretariat to arrange transport to any of the following healthcare facilities in the area:

Personal Medicines
Bring your personal medicines as pharmacies in the CUC area might not have your prescribed medications.
Meals
Meals to be served at the conference are halal.
For any other food restrictions, kindly inform the Secretariat via info@amic.asia.
Tours and Other Activities
Participation in city tours, hikes, shopping trips, and similar activities outside of the official conference program is of the participant’s own volition. AMIC and CUC, along with the other Conference Partners, shall not be held liable for any untoward event that might happen to the participants in relation to their participation in any of these events.
